SmithGroupJJR led a fiscally responsible upgrade of the interior, featuring an array of tenant amenities to help position the six-story office building. A fully equipped conference center and fitness center, for use by all tenants, heighten the property's appeal and help tenants save money by reducing the amount of square footage they are likely to require under lease.

The design team planned this series of shared amenity spaces to promote convenience, ease, and accessibility, but the comfort and modern setting provided by the Five-Star Center add to the property's newfound prestige. Plus, the planning for the first floor drove up the area available for retail to more than 9,000 square feet, further increasing the property's profit potential.
